Leadership Transition
BenJoe Markland Appointed President of Focus Services
and President/COO of Focus ITO.
Focus Services is pleased to announce the appointment of BenJoe Markland as President of Focus Services BPO and President and COO of Focus ITO. This strategic leadership transition marks a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to excellence and growth.
BenJoe has been a dedicated member of the Focus Services team for the past 14 years, contributing significantly to our operational success. He joined Focus Services in May 2011, initially overseeing operations in our Utah facilities. Over the next 11 years, he played a pivotal role in expanding our Latin America operations, in El Salvador and Nicaragua. His leadership extended to managing our European and Asian operations before he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer five years ago.
During his tenure as COO, BenJoe developed our leadership program (Achieve), established our behavioral coaching model, expanded our leadership teams, and was instrumental in opening
new sites in Texas and North Carolina. He also played a key role in integrating Bernard BPO into the Focus Family.
As Focus Services continues to evolve, BenJoe will transition into his new strategic leadership roles. As President of Focus Services BPO, he will partner closely with Jan Santafede (our VP of Marketing and Relationship Management) to engage directly with existing clients, represent Focus Services externally, and drive business development efforts. Additionally, as President and
COO of Focus ITO, BenJoe will lead our IT outsourcing initiatives and further expand operations in this critical area.
